Senior Manager/Director, Legal Solutions

Our client, a top-tier national law firm, is seeking a Senior Manager/Director, Legal Solutions to lead its strategic adoption of legal technology tools and AI-driven platforms. Based in Toronto, this newly created leadership role offers the opportunity to reshape how legal services are delivered to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and client value across the firm.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing legal solutions that respond to both internal and client-facing pain points. Working in close collaboration with legal teams, knowledge management, and other key business divisions, you will lead transformative projects designed to modernize legal workflows. You will also manage the evaluation, integration, and post-implementation support of legal technologies, including Generative AI tools and platforms such as CoCounsel. A key aspect of the position includes developing firm-wide training and enablement strategies that advance legal tech adoption and promote lawyer upskilling.

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of experience, including at least three years of legal practice. You are known for you strong interpersonal skills and your ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage others. You are collaborative, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and energized by innovation.  You should be tech savvy and have a strong understanding of the legal profession. Bilingualism in English and French, while not required, would be considered asset.
