A leading litigation firm with a strong reputation in complex and high-stakes matters is seeking a class actions associate with three to five years of experience to join its Toronto office. This is an exciting opportunity with a firm that has distinguished itself in securities class actions, competition law cases, product liability litigation, and other significant multi-party proceedings.

The successful candidate will work alongside experienced litigators on all stages of complex class action proceedings. The role offers meaningful involvement in some of the most sophisticated and consequential litigation, with the opportunity to advocate for plaintiffs in matters that shape corporate accountability.

The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, exceptional research and writing skills, and a genuine commitment to the plaintiffs’ bar. Experience in securities, competition, or complex commercial litigation will be considered an asset. You are intellectually curious, collaborative, and driven by a desire to do meaningful legal work in an environment that prizes advocacy, excellence, and impact. 

Compensation is highly competitive and commensurate with experience.
