A well-regarded Toronto firm is seeking to add a litigation associate lawyer to its team.

The preferred candidate will have three to six years of litigation experience across a broad range of disputes, including contract and shareholder claims, commercial and corporate matters, and complex civil actions. You will carry files from pleadings and discoveries through motions, mediations, and trial, with appearances before courts and tribunals. Excellent oral and written advocacy skills, exceptional practice standards, and a demonstrated work ethic are required.
