A Vancouver firm with a busy insolvency and restructuring practice is seeking an associate with two to six years of call.

You’ll work across corporate and personal insolvency — receiverships, restructurings, BIA and CCAA proceedings, and creditors’ rights — acting for lenders, trustees, receivers, and other stakeholders.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys a blend of solicitor and litigation work and wants real carriage of files alongside experienced counsel.

Insolvency experience is an asset, but strong commercial litigation or corporate lawyers with a genuine interest in the area are encouraged to apply.
