The successful candidate will have three to six years of corporate commercial experience, preferably gained at a top-tier firm, and will work across M&A, corporate finance, reorganizations, and general corporate-commercial matters. The firm acts for a mix of private companies, public issuers, and owner-managed businesses, many of them active in Alberta’s energy and resource sectors.

Strong drafting and analytical skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to manage transactions with increasing independence are key to this role.
